Traveling throuth the world's most beautiful archipelago

To get to the Weather Island is to travel through one of the most beautiful archipelagos in the world. The journey starts in Hamburgsund where you can park at a comfortable distance from the jetty. Our boats leave from the jetty situated on the left side of the line ferry over to Hamburgö. Well on the way the journey goes through the picturesque sound, via the southern parts of Fjällbackas amazing labyrinth of small islands until we cross the fiord of Väderöarna to finally get to the harbour at Storö, the main island of the Weather Island. The trip is about 8 nautical miles and takes about 40 minutes, if we are lucky we might see some seals on the way out!

A return trip with our boats are always included in our accomodation- and conference packages, as well as in the daytrips with lunch. It is also possible to make a booking for just the boat trip, or if you need transportation from any other place in the area. Our boats takes up to 12 passangers and the boats are spacious.

Please look below for the high season boat schedule, with reservation for changes.

If you have any enquiries, contact us at info@vaderoarna.com or call us at +46 (0)525 320 01.

Boat taxi or transportation?

Do you want to go by boat to the party, or do you need to transport things in the Fjällbacka area? Our boats are flexible, we just need to know if the depth is enough and the jetty is big enough for our boats. We can offer fast, comfortable and safe trips tailored after your needs. Contact us for more information on info@vaderoarna.com. During the summer we are unfortunately not that flexible since our boats are on a schedule.
