The booking is cancelled when the guest has received an e-mail with confirmation that the reservation has been cancelled. Cancellation due to illness or accident gives a full refund up to 12 hours before arrival on presentation of a medical certificate, applies to the person who has fallen ill or been involved in an accident, not for the entire party. It is also possible to rebook the overnight stay to another date.Rebooking can be done up to 14 days before arrival, the insurance is only valid for one rebooking. If the guest wants insurance also for the rebooking, a new cancellation protection must be taken out. Cancellation can be made up to 10 days before arrival. They work as good as daily during high season and more sporadically during low season. When in place, a flag is clearly visible from the restaurant. You can then enter the tower and also climb all the way up for a 360-degree view of the islands. There is a schedule where you can check in advance, and read more about the work the association does. When the weather is good and the winds are in the right direction, there are many good natural ports around the island. During the high season they go on regular trips from Fj\u00e4llbacka and Hamburgsund. We can also pick up in Fj\u00e4llbacka during low season if you let us know in good time. They are from England and can manage winds up to 30 knots, it just takes a little longer to get to the islands.
